Steve from Core Urban posted them. The previous poster asked for screenshots and I'm just obliging! 🙂

Why did almost nobody dress properly for this photo op? JP makes like $210,000 per year, as does Rana and neither have a suit that fits properly.... And JP is wearing sneakers. The other people just don't have clothes that fit, or are appropriate and the second person in from the right is the...

And yet those buildings on King St with no face remain. It's been like 3 years.

Surprised this wasn't posted yet, but the houses along Hess St will likely not be rebuilt and therefore not appear in the final build out of this building. I do hope they bring retail back to this stretch. These buildings were demolished in fall 2025:

I'm willing to bet it's simply a planning exercise. They've been trying to sell this property for years as far as I'm aware. This will allow them to sell the property at maximum price.

Agreed, but perhaps construction of this will allow them to finance the construction of the other site. Having an asset as collateral for he loan, in addition to future rental income coming in to pay down the financing.

I wonder if this is being orchestrated by the group that I've heard. If so good news since they're going to move on this property quickly, and provide ample space for a new location.

Taking a much needed break, but I'm back! Looks like they may be removing the excavator or installing crane, can't be sure, will try to get a closer look soon:

Looks like they're just removing the last little bit of soil in a pile at the bottom. This is usually the last step before basically pouring or finishing pouring the basement slab which the crane will sit on.

I haven't been by to take a look recently with the holidays and catching up on stuff, but they appear to still be digging, dumb trucks full of clay soil continue to pass by my place from this site. Perhaps I'll pop over and get a photo on a walk break today.

This is going to look like garbage truthfully, and the name leaves something to be desired. The site was previously a hotel... Why not name the new one after the old one to tastefully name it rather than "Joe".... ?

Copper panels and slate roofing tiles going up today. Additionally it looks like they were soda blasting the back for some reason:
