The email stated that electrical for the building is still not done

We went from April 5th to April 24th to May 9th.... At this rate, maybe we can celebrate the new year in the condo 😭

They told us they weren't making the deadline on March 13th, but they gave us the new date less than 10 days

Do you think they are trying to delay in hopes that we will back out so that they can try to sell our units at a higher price? I saw this on their google reviews

Whats wild to me is that the email we got in March said that there will be a delay due to issues with electrical. But whats bizarre to me is that we got an email in August 2022 that said that electrical was complete for the building. Really makes you wonder what type of games they are trying...

We just got an email from the builder. Roof slab is estimated to be completed on September 7th 2022 We have received a tentative occupancy date for Mid January for our unit. So, more delays. But not as bad as we were thinking.

We also bought in February! We were tempted by that “so soon” move in date 😭 We bought on a lower level so we are also hoping for at least interim occupancy for this year. we are quickly out growing our current space hahah And thank you for your info! I may reach out for more info!

Ah, I see! Thank you for this! We lived in a Condo downtown with a ceiling like this. And yes, my husband and I bought a unit in this building. It’s both exciting to see it being built, but scary to think about being a home owner haha

Forgive my ignorance, but this doesn’t sound good? I can double check the specs, but I do believe they are 9’ ceilings
