I think there should be layers built from the water? Let’s say 20-30 floors along Queens Quay, 40-50 north of Gardiner, 60-70 along Front. Or else in the future there will be a wall of 50-floor buildings along Queens Quay. But I just want to know how likely this will be approved.

Question. How likely will this proposal go through? Especially such height being so close to the water. The buildings east and west of this are only 21 storeys.

Isn’t Spadina front go train going to be the second transport hub… This place is destined to be a high density zone.. The well needed this too.. front street might become the next queens street! I don’t understand the rectangular building in the mid zone… would people even buy those?!? It’s...
