    Was looking at a unit over 400k. unit wont be registered before the hst date. I am not a first time buyer. is there any way around this. the builder is not covering the extra hst cost.

    I went to go check out a condo., price was around $450, then they informed me I had to pay an extra 8% because the hst they would not cover. Now thats $36,000 more :eek: Why dont all the builders just cover this cost! It sort of just pushed me out of the showroom and made me choose...

    hold on here 1 sec. is this a standard mount sink? or an undermount? i was thinking undermount sink was pretty much the only option if you get a granite countertop.

    Smooth ceiling? Worth the money to upgrade? Has anybody ever upgraded to smooth ceiling? what would you be willing to pay? 2000? 4000? 6000? how much do you think its worth? And do when you sell a condo do people really look for this option or is it a complete waste of $ ?

    you can get lots of places for 300k,. just depends where you want to live and if you want a new or used unit.

    if you have a problem at casa regarding anything, who do you complain too? cresford head office? do they actually fix problems or are all the things i read on the internet about them true?
