this condo is over 400k before tax. how much rebates would I be looking at? any info on the net regarding rebates for over 400k?

Was looking at a unit over 400k. unit wont be registered before the hst date. I am not a first time buyer. is there any way around this. the builder is not covering the extra hst cost.

you will get blocked by onni, you will also get blocked by the project thats directly south, right now there is a printing business there still open but they are shutting down you can go ask them when, I beleive in under 12 months, also the little peice of land fenced in directly south, the land...

.all i know is addin on almost 40 grand to the purchase price was a huge amount for me. they told me because the date the building would get registered would be after the hst scam date. so even if I move in before the hst scam date, the building would get registered after the date and...

I went to go check out a condo., price was around $450, then they informed me I had to pay an extra 8% because the hst they would not cover. Now thats $36,000 more :eek: Why dont all the builders just cover this cost! It sort of just pushed me out of the showroom and made me choose...

hold on here 1 sec. is this a standard mount sink? or an undermount? i was thinking undermount sink was pretty much the only option if you get a granite countertop.

buddy this is the toronto condo market, they can do whatever they want, they run the show. they can give you a cupboard and say thats a walk in closet, too bad. they can keep delaying if they want, they can do whatever they want.

Smooth ceiling? Worth the money to upgrade? Has anybody ever upgraded to smooth ceiling? what would you be willing to pay? 2000? 4000? 6000? how much do you think its worth? And do when you sell a condo do people really look for this option or is it a complete waste of $ ?

lol ya right, 2000 sq foot. your lucky to get 1000sq foot at 450grand.

is it worth spending 450k on a new condo right now? or are the prices going to drop or keep going up? I know its hard to answer, there is so many different angles and factors to consider.

you can get lots of places for 300k,. just depends where you want to live and if you want a new or used unit.

if you have a problem at casa regarding anything, who do you complain too? cresford head office? do they actually fix problems or are all the things i read on the internet about them true?
