This new cladding is actually called equitone natura, a concrete fibre product, nicer cleaner alternative to the previos concrete panels.

That's going to look amazing when it's done. I'll be on site next week and will take some photos from inside the fence.

Not sure if you took these pics as a pedestrian, but there was a 600v live wire unearthed just inside that fence a few weeks back. Without workbooks that will kill you, so be careful.

Wow that’s freaky, they looked like they were in place, so probably bolted, especially knowing that wind was coming. I don’t walk around in the city on days like that.

Yes there are curved louvers going around at that level, I have never seen those before should look great!

The floors are a great idea, I have not come across these before, we do a lot of condos so i wouldn't expect to. This building has a lot of unique features inside and out, from what i can see. Those glass panels are huge, i wish they had one or two left over, i bet i could find something to do...

Just thought id add some info from what i know working on site. The brick is real, it is precast made in a factory somewhere but they are real bricks, the lower grey arches are being covered with real brick after. It will look a lot like the rendering. Cool building, the floors on the commercial...
