Same, they said they're working on it but it's been tough with the city. I'm sure they're doing all they can, it's in the best interest of the builder to get these units off their hands.

Hi all, First-time home buyer - have a question about the Toronto Hydro forms. We only need to fill out the "Owner Registration Form" form right (if we're going to occupy the unit), right? Even if we're in interim occupancy, the "Tenant Registration" form is only if you plan to rent to someone...

I'm on floor 5, level 4 and still haven't received mine. Not sure how they're sequencing it but I'm estimating I won't be moving in until March at the earliest.

Nice, looks like the exterior is pretty much done. Maybe ~2 more months for interiors to be completed. I imagine notifications likely go out in October/November.

Looks like they're on track then. Is there a general time frame/rule of thumb from when the crane gets taken down?

I'm really liking how that area is shaping up, and those narrow streets are nice. Also, some may not agree, but I like the similarity of the buildings. It keeps for a consistent theme and builds a neighbourhood cohesion throughout instead of a bunch of buildings that clash.
