Correct. The widening at the QEW at Dixie is meant as a provision to accommodate the future HOV lanes on both bounds (3 GPL + 1 HOV) from Trafalgar to Etobicoke Creek. But that wont in place until similar widening is completed at the all interchanges in between. Cawthra will be next.
