That's great advice all. Considering the location and premium developer, I think the condo is priced well. Haven't made my decision yet, but still would like the balcony.

Adding to twist: the units I wanted have no balconies either. Would you as the investor consider buying condos w/o balconies?

Thought I start this section off with this thread. Brad Lamb's King Charlotte begin built at King + Charlotte street (opposite of Glas Condos) Yes to invest (at this moment?) or no? The prices are b/w $595-$605 psf (the units im interested in which are 1bdrm around 500sf)

if only 25 deals were made, chances are most of the building was sold prior to release since Brad Lamb Realty typically sells units before launch. When I went to see units last week, I only saw about 8 units available that were <525psf.

saw the floorplans and they are pretty well laid out. the prices i saw were HIGH $500 psf. if someone said 50% are sold out i dont doubt it. BL Realty gets first dibs to sell these before public launch - which is soon.

I don't think it's dumb since units around here high priced as well as this is now a major hub in Toronto, both TTC lines meet here, yorkville here. There are enough reasons to like this area, but everyone can have their own opinions? And being in a higher building than others around you should...

I'd agree with you...Chaz started at $600-$610 psf. Smaller units were even more >$660 psf

What's the ratings on this builder? All these other condos they've developed seemed to have very little awareness. I know Plazacorp > Urbancorp.
