This seems to be an endless small project. look at the date 2021. Makes one wonder what is happening.

it's not the volunteers, they take nice photos and they don't look into the rest of the story.

Are all these photos a smoke screen for the problems this project is facing? Are things going just ducky at the other super talls? What's happening in the board rooms is more important than the concrete.

I suspect the price tag also is impossible, lawyers and receivers aren't cheap.

The new estimate for completion is March 2025 and the new price tag is $2 billion. Lawyers are usually key players in a receivership.

Lots of photos but where are the updates from the lawyers?

As far as I know this is a place for people with dementia. Across the street there is a cemetery and if you follow a private road, it leads to a mausoleum. The just north on Bathurst there is the Cheltenham Nursing home. The area seems to be full service but not the type of services most people...

How many years has this been in the works? I hope they started the drawings for the next version of this station.

What they are doing in Toronto is incredible but I have to wonder if the industry will be a victim of its own publicity. Too much, too fast, too big. Whenever "too" is used things don't end well.
