Excavation has stated. The tower crane is store at the north end in section and was delivery to site last week. Odd they delivery and store the crane on site before it is needed.

Will dig a pit for the footing for the tower crane like they did for the first one with only enough excavation to get footing in place for the steel columns.

2016 is a real date, impossible for 2015

From the looks of things, they were forming what looks like a underground PATH at the south end and don't remember seeing a tunnel under Sq One Dr when it was built.

There is going to be a bridge connecting the two buildings rather than a tunnel.

I am aware of the plus 15 bridge, but the south end threw me based on what I was seeing.

Never saw any tunnel under Sq One Dr when it was being built to support a PATH tunnel there.

The main floor for this phase should be pour this months. Once done, the structural steel erection should start as some of it already on site.

The building is thinner than the first one.
