Sorry but I think this is not the Don Bridge. Those look like precast concrete segments after they've been epoxy'd together not steel sections.

The final south base section of the bridge is now in place, so the two halves of the bridge are now connected, at least on one side. Three more linear sections, one at base and two up top, left to be added to connect the two halves.

Seems like they're very ahead of schedule. The next phase where they will be installing scaffolding over the entire bridge in order to do paint touch-ups and lighting installation was planned for August.
