Looks like they are going to be finishing up the roof on the TMD penthouse in the next few weeks which makes sense seeing as the RCS are nearly at the top I can see this project starting to look like it can see the finish line exterior wise by the end of March

Curious what the height of the last habitable floor is? That' how I count my building heights. I don't count spires, antennas and huge mechanical areas. Like the top 243 metres of the Burj is just empty space.

It certainly would make for a nice flagship store.

Maybe they could advertise it as having 50% less of that dogfood smell that the Eaton and Sherway Apple Stores always have.

I think this was brought up some time ago, but the elevator goes up to the top floor at 292.275 metres, with a rooftop terrace for the penthouse units at 295.8 metres:

Huh. So when they were having their big 300 metre party the floor they were on wasn't actually at 300 meters.

They where having their 300 meter party because the tower passed 300 meters. It had nothing to do with their last floor height at the time. And for what that's worth.

Right. There was a steel beam they added with a line on it marking 300m... which was removed when they were actually ready to build up to 300m.
