It's almost as tall as the CN tower now 😉

Not a lot of new info here, but it does indicate a mid-late 2027 occupancy with completion in 2028. Final concrete pours are scheduled for early 2026.

Question though, is this going to make it easier or harder to load in the components for the tuned mass damper system they are planning to install here?

The top is certainly coming together! Does anyone on here know if there is an owners group? We have heard nothing regarding our purchase contracts (sorry for going a little off topic, but I figured this is one of the best places to ask)
They have disclaimed my agreement of purchase and sale from 2017.
I received an email today notifying me of this. I assume its similar for you?

When you say disclaimed does that mean they terminated it
yes it was terminated as of today...technically we can dispute it up to November 10th, not sure how that would go over though.
they will let us know after november 15th sometime when they will give us our deposits back if we don't fight it.
im kind of surprised given the lack of condo sales recently...I figured the only way they would take it back was if they thought they could sell it for higher than I paid? Maybe they think they can...who knows.

The 2028 occupancy makes more sense now starting to wonder if they have even started on the fit out of the residential units and if they might possibly be reorientating them to more market-friendly sizes such as one bedroom and two bedrooms

Photos taken today, Friday (Oct. 24). Since I posted last week, progress with the crown of the tower as the box-shaped core takes shape from only a few installed beams last week. Further down the tower, it seems the Rail Climbing Systems are no longer rising, as they have all been parked at level 70 for several weeks while we can see glass now installed on level 73 on the south face, up one floor from last week. So, only 11 more floors to go there and 2 of those floor are the mechanical section!

My usual pile of photos, with some cool light effects as clouds and sun break-throughs made for interesting contrasts.
