$527, which is inline for the current market; but these are still crazy prices.

Jane Renwick of Urbanation has stated that Toronto core average is $461 PSF for new construction.

Before the finance markets freezed up, you could buy an insurance policy for something like that. It is essentially like a calculated bet, if prices stay the same or go down, you have to pay the extra cost of the policy. If prices go up, you made a good bet and the insurance policy covers the difference.

I gather from reviewing these photos posted on the official website there are 2 model suites? I see interior bedrooms (again!) ... but the kitchens look really nice
