There are 2 model suites. I managed to sneak pictures of one. It's a pretty nice showroom and both model suites are well decorated. Contrary to the renderings, the building will not have the
white and black colours of the birch tree.. It will be the standard red brick... which I found disappointing.

One way I can think of: they commit to covering any budget shortfall for 3 years.

Seems pretty price for studios to start at $193,000 for 366 SF. That's nearly $600/foot.

$527, which is inline for the current market; but these are still crazy prices.

Jane Renwick of Urbanation has stated that Toronto core average is $461 PSF for new construction.

Before the finance markets freezed up, you could buy an insurance policy for something like that. It is essentially like a calculated bet, if prices stay the same or go down, you have to pay the extra cost of the policy. If prices go up, you made a good bet and the insurance policy covers the difference.

Is this systemic of high prices and developers trying to squeeze as many units as possible to try passing off crap as good value?!?! :mad:

I gather from reviewing these photos posted on the official website there are 2 model suites? I see interior bedrooms (again!) ... but the kitchens look really nice :)
