A building permit was awarded a few months ago and reportedly construction has started, but I haven't seen any photos.

Oof that ground floor though.

I can kind of forgive second floor and up a bit, especially if there will be trees out front, but that first floor looks ruff

rip Hamilton architecture. That exposed concrete is just horrible. Someone run over there and put some cladding on it stat lol

although judging from their render it looks like there may be that dark stained wood cladding going over it eventually so.. that's something I guess.
