I really like it on this street. It fits in really well. I don't think it would work elsewhere, though. It manages to look impressive even though it's only a few stories higher.

It has a very kitschy 80's/Polo Ralph Lauren feel to it with all that 'hunter green' cladding on the side.

I agree, very retro. Almost Buck Rogers spaceship-like, as if it could go on the top of Old Eb's Trump Tower.
