Site Plan Approval for the new station has been filed with the City of Toronto:

A Masterpiece she is not; but not a bad looking station over all; though, the signage needs some work ;)

What's the name of this GO Line? (note the signage)

Now, here's the signage I think may be problematic........ Does one really need direction to this road, from here?:

I would take a pink mud hut if they would just get this thing built. The area is already overdeveloped, not much can be done to change that. The GO station is a real game changer and badly needed.

I do wonder how a 2-lane Park Lawn will work, even the bus will be impacted.

The platforms of this new Parklawn stop won't even be 1km from the Mimico platforms. Are they going to remove Mimico station?

No.

We don't know what the service pattern will be yet; but there is speculation that Parklawn and Mimico will be stops on alternate runs when service is more frequent (ie. if service is 15M, then each station will see service every 30M). But that's not yet clear.

But Mimico is 100% being retained.

The exterior renderings remind me of Japan train stations - even the primitive bike parking. Now if only that proposed TOD building is filled with eateries and shops on the first few floors of the podium...
