Didn't say I didn't believe you, just agreed it looked way more then a decade old.
Well, I've lived in the city for a half-century plus, taking photos for most of that time, and I can say I've not see so much growth in such a short span of time - so, yeah, it does seem a lot longer ago!

Massive amounts of rebar is being used in the walls for this floor. I am not an engineer but it seems they will serve to transfer/distribute the load/weight as these two floors are not only the first mechanical section but will lead to the first residential floors. The basic layout of the walls (the # layout) stays the same but I think the standalone pillars will change/disappear.
