Great shots as always @bilked .. thank you. We are truly blessed to have HPA designing half of the new city.

But isn't it gonna take a heck of a lot of artists to fill this 2 tower development? Oh... guess maybe the artists will be consigned to playing for loonies in the alley.

I may have cracked that lousy joke last year.

Lanterra builds nice buildings but their projects are slooooow. it almost feels like they have some financial issues. does anyone else feels like Lanterra's projects are slow especially this one?

This is an extremely complicated build. It is indeed slow going, but that's due to the complexity, not any financial hardship or construction ineptitude.

This might give 88 Queen/The Elm/The Ledbury some serious competition as the coolest new POPs/public space downtown (other than The Well ;-).

That's if HPA can hang on to the "materials" steering wheel (talkin' to you Lanterra).

The white precast looking very good so far if that's any indicator.
