This is hardly the worst thing in the city that has or is going up. Plus it will get mostly lost in the shuffle when other nearby projects fill in around it.

It’s normal for the Entertainment District, but most people take issue with the big gap between renderings and reality.

...especially when the devs where trying to sell the former as reality. It's natural and reasonable for peeps to be peeved about that.
