If this is the case. I’m shocked they are pouring concrete on the floors after the cladding has been applied and the building has topped off.
It was a pain to design for as we will have to go back and adjust all the cladding after the concrete is poured. Thankfully the deflection is not significant.

Yeah...agreed, that's a weird way going about that. So I am assuming this floor variance was needed to deal with an unanticipated problem, like with the asfor mentioned way-too-bouncy floors. >.<
