Midrise proposal for Clarence Street, between Main Street and Kennedy Road, on the site of a small strip plaza. It went through some changes to respond to staff, community, and design review panel feedback.

A total of 82 residential condominium units (mix of 1, 2, and 3-bedroom units) and two retail spaces. It's in an area with several 1950s/1960s-era walkup lowrise apartments, a gas station next door, and early 1950s-era houses to the south, and 1960s-era houses to the north.

Either the feedback was suspect or they just ignored the important bits...................wow is that ugly. RAW is not a premier firm, but they are capable of far better than this......

Sure........it's replacing this:

But it's less attractive than the lowrise apartment next door................which is not a 'looker' either...........
