definitely a flatiron.. wonder which side of the flatiron would be better to live..
Southside as there will be nothing blocking the view unless the CNE becomes condos as well you have sunlight all day. All other sides will have a view of other towers especially the west end that will see them in the next decade.

As for the road to be built next to the rail corridor, that will depends on what happen for the Ontario Line yet to be built, but been in the picture a decade already.

Southside definitely has the views for now, here's to hoping some southside condo's are available in this building. Thanks for your input!
