I'll have a birds eye view pic posted in about 2 hours... the demolition is currently for the internal buildings, not the ones fronting either Yonge or Bloor.

yeah I would have to go with King and Bay on that one, at least economically speaking, which seems to be our basis for important when it comes to our culture.
