So Bay-Adelaide is bringing some much needed density to this particular part of downtown, and you know what it needs? MORE density

My Proposal:
extend the lil TD building on the southwest corner of Yonge/Adelaide straight up!

ignore the fact i just clone-stamped in photoshop but.....

I think that building is a perfect candidate for vertical expansion, its got a great design, but it would be greater... taller.... just like Bay-Adelaide!
