Interesting, I know the city has been trying to connect college station with PATH, maybe this project is what is needed to link "Shops @ Aura" to PATH? I am surprised Pemberton is selling this project as this would easily gardener 1800 PSF +

Glad to see they will be rebuilding 352-4 Yonge as well. Some of the buildings on that strip are awful shape (e.g. where Bake Island and the ex-Hot Star is - it suffered from the same problem with even more prominent cracks on the 2nd floor).
