This is a townhouse development in the Birch Cliff area.

Site Plan Control Application for the proposed development of 118 stacked townhouse units within seven (7) buildings. Two of the seven buildings are parallel to Clonmore Dr, the remainder are internal to the site. Building heights range from 14.2 m to 14.5 m The total gross floor area proposed is 12,714.8 sq. m. A single-storey indoor amenity building is proposed, having a total GFA of 59.6 sq. m. A total of 135 parking spaces are proposed, including 117 spaces for residents and 16 spaces for visitors within an underground parking garage, and additional 2 surface parking spaces for visitors. A total of 91 bicycle parking spaces are proposed (82 for residents within the underground garage, and 9 surface visitor spaces) . Access to the interior of the site and the underground parking is provided via a private driveway from Clonmore Drive located opposite Queensbury Avenue. The site is 1 hectare (2.46 acres) in size and backs onto the Metrolinx/GO rail corridor. Related OPA and Rezoning file 15 106475 ESC 36 OZ.

Driving by today; demolition is in progress and substantially complete.

Couldn't get a pic, as I was behind wheel.

But equipment is on-site not much else is there now.

Somewhere in your software, there should be a 'magic wand' optimize button of some kind that takes care of lightening up shots that have had their exposure cranked down because of all the snow. Good to know work has started here!

The Pandemic has delayed the photography lesson I was going to ask for from @kotsy or @someMidTowner ! LOL

Still working on understanding this gizmo!

Magic wand tool is for making quick selections, has nothing to do with exposure/brightness adjustments!
