It is rare for amenity furnishings to be identified in, but I suppose when infill development is coming to an existing apartment site and that building currently has no amenities for its renters, the local City Councillor wants to ensure that the space that they've negotiated for the tenants actually comes with some worthwhile features to make their lives better… and not just empty space.

Not much going on with the new build on the property, but the original building’s concrete appears to be getting a paint job.
