So I guess as they build the western side up, we won’t get to see how it’s shaping up in the shopping laneways there until it’s open to public? Unless workers leak photos?
 
The tallest tower is rental and is RioCan Living / Woodborne, not Tridel.

All residential phases are going ahead as one build. Deltera has been constructing from grade on the north half, and from above podium to on the south. ED will be constructing the office portion of 486 Front West (the former theatre space), but as that's also in the podium, nothing new there. @marcus_a_j
