In all seriousness, it's not anyone's business what the income levels of people on a different property are. This is just a sad, classist NIMBY complaint.

...mixed incomes redistribution are the best way to to go, above board, /tinfoil'd or otherwise.
 
I think he/she would rather have low-income residents segregated into one localized area, in the so-called "ghettos" so they it wont "ruin" their "pristine" suburban neighborhoods.
