Yes, Yonge Street (Dundas to Bloor) is a shockingly ugly street. It needs another 10-15 years of investment and a complete re-do of the public realm. The way it is today it's hard to imagine it ever becoming pleasant or beautiful. I suppose it will be one day though.

Is work being continued on this project? I live close by but not in the area during the day to see if workers are on site or now.
Last I remember reading about developer and cash crisis back in early spring that may affect work on this project.
