Still feeling a bit conflicted on this- the massing makes it feel a bit ungainly from close angles, as if it were an elephant's foot.

Well-detailed (especially at grade), but there's just an overwhelming amount of grey; the balcony clips miss the mark.

Definitely looking forwards to the park, and potential retail options that might give it some more life.
Elephant's foot condos has a nice ring to it.

Can't say it is an inaccurate description of the podium either.

I'm naturally programmed to be up by 6 am, even when I'm WFH and start at 9. If I had that view, I'd be there enjoying it with my yogurt and cereal every morning. 😄
