I think making it two tones on the major vertical elements might improve the look and avoid the monotony.

The frit on the glass balcony railings should have been more pronounced, especially at the rounded corners. The building would have looked a lot more dynamic.

Yep. I was saying that previously. They messed up the "frit" on the glass.

Well-detailed (especially at grade), but there's just an overwhelming amount of grey; the balcony clips miss the mark.

Definitely looking forwards to the park, and potential retail options that might give it some more life.

Elephant's foot condos has a nice ring to it.

Can't say it is an inaccurate description of the podium either.

I'm naturally programmed to be up by 6 am, even when I'm WFH and start at 9. If I had that view, I'd be there enjoying it with my yogurt and cereal every morning.
