Some movement afoot on Bay Cloverhill Park, paid for by section 37 (and possibly section 42) money from this development.

There is a construction fence around the site where the sales office was along with a couple of pieces of machinery. Hopefully this means that something will finally get done on this site. On another note, the fountains that were installed two years ago and never worked properly during the first season, is still broken and unfixed.

Couldn't find much other than this presentation online for "Clover Hill Park", although it's from 2012 so may not be very accurate...
