Is anyone else worried about the townhouse component? Feeling like a wasted opportunity in the making, with the risk of something exceedingly suburban being built.

Instead of townhomes, I would have preferred seeing a product like this lining that internal street network:

^I dont know if that would work so well here, but I do agree that townhouse component seems very....off to say the least. It doesn't suit the development well at all.
