Forgive me if this has been discussed before, but how was the 241 metre height arrived at? The architectural plans I can see all say 237.8 metres.

If I am reading the site construction and don't remember seeing on any rendering, there going to be a plus 20 bridge crossing Bay St to Scotiabank Arena.

Looks like there is going to be an up ramp off the Lake Shore.

Crazy to see all the new towers in this image. That and the look of the East Harbour projec in the background looks huge compared to what is around it.
