Very exciting! Thanks for the update @Benito! If it's truly a top down approach, they'll need a crane very soon. I'm wondering where it will be located.

Could it be where that square is taking shape near the centre?
?
Gotta be more specific, as I can't see any such square near the centre. Besides, the crane needs to be anchored, and I don't think the thin slab they're preparing is good enough for that.

I only see one square shaped area in the centre of the site so I don't know how I can be more specific then that.

It's on the left hand side of your circle and is very visible in 4 out of the 5 pictures above. It's the only square impression in the pit all be it off skew a little from the rest of the site.

Haven’t been following the thread closely so pardon me if this has been addressed, but are the concrete forms being built on the south edge of the site where they’ll move the house to? They’ve got the house prepped to move; I thought it would have been like Bisha where they moved the house on to the road, built the foundations then put it back. But this looks like the house will be moved south on to this new concrete pad and then the rest of the site will proceed construction.

Looks like it's the formwork for the first level as-per the top down approach. I do wonder what the plan is with the house above. Perhaps it will be similar to how they added in a floor below and extended the pillars at Union.

More rebar down.
