the demolition permit is issued on June 1st, 2017. Over year passed, is not it slow? is not the building process behind the schedule?

Lash provided in their Spring 2017 Newsletter that the demolition permits would be issued in the Summer and first stage of construction permits in the Fall 2017. The Fall 2017 Newsletter stated that shoring and excavation were slated to begin later in the Fall and Winter 2017. They did advise that their timelines were estimates based on previous submissions. The rate of excavation so far this month plus the fact that this is not a particularly large tower, height and footprint, I don't see them having any issue remaining on schedule for September 2019 occupancy.
