It's not unusual to see clunky grey spandrel towers with decent podium glazing. This is a rarer example that does the opposite.

The black and white, the flecks of orange, the jagged curtain wall on ground level, it's all working. But really? That's the dust grey mullionfest they went with at eye level?
 
I really want to live here (it's a 2 minute walk from my office). I wonder what the rents will be like.
