What a mucky mess. Water issues are definitely chronic eh?

Not quite, those are lost surface creeks. Underground flows are another thing. Never having been at the surface, they are difficult to trace and are usually only discovered during construction. Further south, that water may eventually wind up in Mud Creek though.

Would love to see more progress picture for this project... I'm hoping there has been alot?

Also heard the new E2 Yonge and Eglington condo release is coming up , anyone have a price list for these condos. How do they compare with 2221 yonge?

The real estate thread for 2221 Yonge can be found here if you'd like to discuss prices: http://urbantoronto.ca/forum/threads/19521/

This is by far the most low key thread for a skyscraper under construction on Urban Toronto. Looking forward to seeing how this one turns out given the quality firm behind the design.

It's because photography of it is extremely difficult. It's essentially impossible to do it from Eglinton so you have to go into the rear laneway and squeeze your camera through a fence.
And the gaps are so narrow that only cell phone cameras can get the shot. I've tried with a few lenses and it's pretty much impossible!
