If you stay put, your new tax assessment, reflecting the new market value, will bite. Mine went up 31% this year, on a 1952 house not enlarged from the original - thanks to the megahomes built on my street over the past few years.

Forget the chain or franchisee coffee shops, use the indie cafe and shops in the Mt. Dennis area.

Don is less than a block away from extraction site. Humber is two blocks away. They don't perform well under pressure, so let them do their thing in peace.

It just happens to run along an area with quite a large number of people who believe that "four" is "death."

Line 13 would be very appropriate for the Yonge line given all the daily service problems.

Yet ridership of the line didn't fall when TTC make this information much more visible. Very very few would have known it was Line 4 more than a few years ago.
