This mcdonalds soon to be lrt entrance is still going to see a condo built on top?
I thought none of the LRT were going to have a condo built on top. Isn't that what Ford try to do with TTC stations? This mcdonalds soon to be lrt entrance is still going to see a condo built on top?

There are a few of them that will be designed to accommodate a development over the station entrance. Eglinton immediately comes to mind, but the other stations slipped out of my mind.I thought none of the LRT were going to have a condo built on top. Isn't that what Ford try to do with TTC stations?
Sad to see the place go. None of the other McDonalds are built on a slope.
Does Metrolinx show it on their site which stations have been designed to accommodate a condo on top? There are a few of them that will be designed to accommodate a development over the station entrance. Eglinton immediately comes to mind, but the other stations slipped out of my mind.
I see Google already thinks that Eglinton has an LRT!
The short answer is none. If you look at the stations they all have different designs of, typically, single storey buildings. Condo developers could build around the stations and get some direct connections to the stations, but right on top seems very unlikely.Does Metrolinx show it on their site which stations have been designed to accommodate a condo on top?
