They may be building a temporary ramp/access route for their neighbours, something similar to the ones erected at E&Y Tower and Aura sites.

I don't see why that would be necessary here. Aura and E&Y both caused existing parking garages to be cut off, which in turn required temporary ramps to go up. YC is sitting on its own site, with no underground connections to anything.

I assumed the extra work on the shoring and foundation had more to do with water issues. Murano had water problems, I seem to recall Karma having water problems, and now they're just being extra caution for YC
