A master-planned community brought together by a partnership between Minto Communities and Metropia, Union Village will be comprised of 1,200 homes over multiple phases, with the initial phase offering single family homes, back-back townhomes, rear-lane townhomes and traditional townhomes. Located at 16th Avenue and Kennedy Road in Unionville, nature is put centre-stage, with new parks, preserved wetlands, and kilometers off-street walking and biking trails, including the preservation of a century-old Bur Oak tree located in the community, which will stand at the centre of one of the community’s many greenspaces.

 

The homes are designed to maximize space and comfort, and each interior layout has been fine-tuned by international Feng sui master Paul Ng, who has personally approved every plan to ensure conformity to Feng sui principles.
