SmartCentres Oakville North is a 52-acre property in Oakville’s uptown core, with close proximity to the QEW, Highway 403, Highway 407 and the Oakville GO station. SmartLiving, on behalf of Metrontario and the Penguin Group of Companies, has proposed the development of two residential towers on the vacant lands at the northwest corner of the property. The towers are 31 and 26 storeys respectively, atop a 5-storey podium.

The proposed towers include 587 combined residential units, including eight townhouse units at grade and 1,208 square meters of amenity space over the podium. The area has been identified by the Town of Oakville as a future retail node.  As such, the 590 square meters of proposed retail space at grade fronting onto Oak Park Boulevard at Trafalgar Road complements the Town’s vision as a thriving mixed-used area.
