The Shouldice Hospital Redevelopment was a proposed residential development with towers ranging from 18 to 35-storeys by Liberty Developments on the west side of Bayview Avenue, north of John Street in Markham's Thornhill - Royal Orchard area.
In 2022, the City of Markham purchased the Shouldice site land to preserve the hospital, heritage assets and create a new public park and open space.
