The Metz (AKA "Schneiders Lands Redevelopment"): a proposed mixed-use development with towers ranging up to 38-storeys designed by Turner Fleischer for Auburn Developments on the lands bound by Stirling Avenue to the north, Borden Avenue to the south, Courtland Avenue to the east and the Canadian National Railway Corridor to the west, in Kitchener's Mill Courtland neighbourhood. 3 existing buildings are proposed to remain and be repurposed for employment uses including the 6-storey office building, the distribution wares building and the former maintenance garage.
