Phase 3: 20 and 35-storey towers plus retail and a POPS. Zoning amendments sought.
Phase 2: 26 and 30-storey towers plus a community centre. Complete.
Phase 1: two 10-storey buildings and a 28-storey building plus retail. Complete.
All buildings are rental buildings with a sizeable number of affordable suites.
