Proposal to construct a new 21-storey residential building. The site was subject to a previous ZBA application (File No. 11 330266 WET 12 OZ) which was approved (Site Specific By-law No. 1045-2014) and permitted a 19-storey residential building. The current SPA proposal seeks to reconfigure the internal layout of the approved 19-storey building. The reconfiguration includes revising the dwelling unit mix and increasing the proposed GFA, resulting in an addition of 2-storeys.
