18-storey office development by Carttera Equities at 65 King Street East at Leader Lane, with a total gross floor area of 36,147 square metres of office space plus 1,628 square metres of retail space at grade. Google has leased the entirety of the office space.

Earlier proposal (on 75-91 King St E) was to construct a 47-storey mixed use tower on site, atop a 4-storey podium. Proposal appears to preserve existing heritage buildings along King Street, with the tower rising behind. 355 residential units with 8,135 square meters for commercial space, as well as 257 park spaces in a 5-storey underground garage.
