2002 Lake Shore West is proposed by Marlin Spring Developments as two towers rising from a shared podium to 21 and 26 storeys. West of Windermere Avenue and north of Lake Shore, the site is an irregular shape with a wedge-like condition at its west end, squeezed by the South Kingsway entrance to the Gardiner Expressway. Graziani + Corazza Architects respond to the unique site and its position across from Lake Ontario with wave patterns in the buildings' floor plates.
